Descripción: Dr. Deliz obtained his Doctoral degree from the New York University (1971), Masters Degree from the New York University (1966), and Bachelors degree from the University of Puerto Rico, all in Industrial Engineering. He is a Full-Time Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at UPRM. His teaching and Research interest includes: Reliability, Statistical Quality Control, Production Planning and Control, Total Quality Management, Engineering Statistics, Design of Experiments, Assessment and Malcohlm Baldrige Quality Award.
