Descripción: Pedro Resto is currently Associate Professor in the IE Department. He spent over ten years in Hewlett-Packard's Computer Systems and Inkjet cartridge manufacturing. He also spent over four years at North Carolina State University, contributing in NCSU's support of the state's small and medium-size manufacturing companies. His current interests include methodologies for new product and technology development, and support of local industry towards operational excellence.
