Descripción: Dr. Pagán Parés has been involved in both teaching and consulting for sixteen years. During this time he has taught probability, statistics, total quality management, facilities planning, operation research, engineering economy and production planning and control. Dr. Pagan Parés consulting experience involved both manufacturing ( Baxter and Hewlett Packard) and service (Municipality of Mayagüez and University of Puerto Rico). Scholastic honors: Who’s Who among America’s Teachers (1998 and 2002) , Award of Excellence in Education (Tau Beta Pi, 1994 ), Frederick W. Taylor Award-Best Student in IE, 1982 and Faculty of Engineering Award 1982. He has been editor and evaluator for Governors Award and PROCOM Award.
