Descripción: «The European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS) is the federation of 27 societies of immunology in 31 countries in the European area. These are the Immunological Societies of Austria, Baltic Countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Scandinavian Countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and Yugoslavia. Altogether, members of Immunology Societies which belong to EFIS are more than 16,000 immunologists.»
