Descripción: «The association is a non-governmental and non-profit-making organization operated for scientific and educational purposes. In spite of the word "European" in its name, EASE is international, with some 25% of its members coming from other continents. This page describes the association's aims, activities and origins. There are links to information about EASE's publications, including lists of contents for European Science Editing, a project for teaching scientific writing/editing, a joint meeting with the Association of Earth Science Editors (held 14-18 September 2002, Halifax, Canada; more details at www.aese.org) and EASE's next major meeting (8-11 June 2003, Bath, UK).
