Descripción: «The Society is a group of book collectors and booksellers who meet monthly during the Winter in several different venues in Manchester. Lectures are presented by both members and invited specialists. A programme for the season is issued, details below. New members are always welcome and a modest subscription is charged (£10 sterling in 2002-03). Suggestions for topics or speakers are always considered.»
