Elle publie des articles de membres de la Société et des chercheurs du Muséum, ainsi que des études sur les collections du Muséum. En plus de la systématique, l'évolution et la biogéographie, la revue accueille également des articles sur d'autres aspects des la biologie animale tels que l'écologie, l'éthologie et l'anatomie.
