«Journal of Ecology is published six times a year and includes original research papers on all aspects of the ecology of plants (including algae), in both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. We are happy to consider studies of plant communities, populations or individual species, and studies of the interactions between plants and organisms such as animals, fungi or bacteria, providing that the focus is towards the ecology of the plants.»
